Chamber Red Chinese Bistro: Authentic Chinese Cuisine in Saint Charles, IL

I had the spring rolls as an appetizer. They were so good. They're accompanied by a sweet strawberry sauce...very different. The entrees were also very good. The sweet and sour chicken comes with a strawberry sweet and sour sauce. I really loved it. The batter was light and crunchy. I will definitely come here again.

Staff was great food done right on time but that was jus a small part. The food was great I been to alot of Chinese places in my day and this one is at the top of the list I would drive the hour from where I live to to meet friends and eat. We'll worth it.

Chamber Red Chinese Bistro in St. Charles is truly a hidden gem! I recently had the pleasure of ordering takeout, and I must say the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the entire experience enjoyable. As for the food, it was nothing short of delicious! I tried the spicy garlic fried rice with chicken and the honey chicken, both of which exceeded my expectations. The flavors were vibrant, and the quality of the ingredients was evident. Having been a regular for over two years, I can confidently say that the quality has remained consistently high, which is a testament to their commitment to excellence. It’s surprising that more people don’t know about this fantastic spot. If you’re in the area and craving Chinese cuisine, I highly recommend giving Chamber Red a try!

I used to come here all of the time when I lived in Batavia and now I live in DeKalb I still drive here. It’s the best Chinese food around. The spring rolls are awesome and the Szechuan Chicken is out of this world.

Pretty quiet for a Sunday afternoon. The food was awesome. The portion sizes were large. You'll definitely be taking home a care package. I had a delicious beef pad thai. The spice was just right. Lots on the menu for everyone

Get the Jasmine tea. Get the rangoon. You will not be disappointed. Food is delicious and serving sizes are a good value. There are items on menu that are very plain, and elaborate. Something for everyone.

Editing to say that we’ve had issues with takeout here both from the restaurant directly, and when trying via DoorDash. Love the food, but hate how many issues they have with prepping takeout orders. Delicious meal! Everything was very fresh and flavorful. The lunch special is a phenomenal deal, and we even had enough for leftovers. Our table had the hot and sour soup, lo mein, fried rice, mapo tofu, udon noodles, and egg roles. The tofu was absolutely delicious!! Some of the best I’ve ever had.

Can't say enough great things about this place. Husband and I went there for lunch and absolutely LOVED everything. This was my 3rd time here and my Husband's 1st. He said, "We are coming here once a week!" Best crab Rangoon we have ever had. Food was made so fresh and quickly. Intimate restaurant setting. People working there are so friendly. Have been here when they were under staffed and they were still friendly, efficient, and courteous with all the to go orders and in dining people. Highly recommend. *We have also ordered delivery and it was very good. Not as fresh upon arrival, but to be expected when it's cold outside and we were not the first food drop off for the Uber driver*
